You can bookmark your favourite classes and revisit them anytime — with no limits or time restrictions. All memberships auto-renew for your convenience, but can be canceled at any time.

Choose from our One, Five, or Ten Class Passes and enjoy the flexibility to join classes (in person and/or online) on your own schedule. We know life can get busy, so our multi-class passes come with generous expiration dates, giving you plenty of time to use them at your own pace.

This pass provides a personalized yoga session designed for one or two people. Whether you’re seeking individual attention to refine your practice, working with specific needs or goals, or wishing to share a tailored experience with a friend or partner, this option offers focused guidance and support.

Bring your friends, family, or colleagues together for a personalized yoga experience designed just for your group. Private group sessions are available for up to 12 participants and held in-studio for a flat rate of $200. All necessary equipment is provided—simply arrive and enjoy moving, breathing, and connecting in a beautifully curated space.

Our Drop-In Class Pass gives you access to one yoga class — either in-studio or online. This option is perfect if you’d like to try out a class, join occasionally when your schedule allows, or bring a friend along to share the experience.

Lori Berenz

Meet Your Teacher

Lori Berenz is the founder and Director of Yoga Journey, a Collingwood-based Iyengar Yoga studio. She began her yoga journey in 1998, and soon discovered the profound impact yoga could have on every aspect of life. After 15 years in Human Resources, Lori followed her passion and transitioned to teaching full time in 2004.

Now a Certified Level 3 Iyengar Yoga Teacher, Lori brings both expertise and empathy to her classes. Drawing on her own experiences, she supports each student at their individual level, encouraging them to bring the wisdom of yogic practice into daily life.

Grateful for the gift of yoga, Lori is deeply committed to sharing it with her community in an inclusive, engaging, and transformative way.
