To register for classes and workshops please book on Schedulicity by following the steps below.

While drop-ins are welcome, pre-registration ensures that you have a reserved a space in the class and a spot will be held for you.

 In order to explore and journey into each and every part of the body, most classes will follow a four-week cycle each month:

Week 1 – Standing Poses

Week 2 – Seated Poses, Forward Extensions & Twists

Week 3 – Backbends

Week 4 – Restorative Class:  Supported Poses/Pranayama (breath work)/Relaxation

Week 5 – Option for longer months used to work on irregular poses and balancing poses.
